- Orders prepared: 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
- Standard: 3–7 working days after dispatch (estimate only — no guaranteed dates)
- Express: 2–4 working days after dispatch (where available — estimate only)

You get tracking info as soon as your order is sent.

Returns & Refunds
Under UK Consumer Rights Act, you may return unused, sealed items within 14 days of receipt — original packaging, unopened, all labels on.

❌ Cannot return:
- Opened beauty/skincare/personal care items (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made‑to‑order goods
- Final sale items

✅ How to return:
1. Request via our AI chat assistant first — do not send back without approval
2. Return shipping costs are yours unless faulty, damaged or wrong item
3. We inspect and confirm within 5 working days; refund processed in 14 days max

⚠️ Damaged/faulty/wrong items: contact us within 48h of delivery with photos — we fix it free.
